I so apologize for not posting earlier about the recent flooding! My apologies! Streets south of Bedford are pretty much flooded. Police have marked off impassable streets with cones and flares. Please try to enter the area from the North via Outer Drive or Annapolis Road. Watch for standing water down most streets.
